REVIEWS

Tringham is a really accomplished stage artist and comic actress, singing superbly and spot on the beat without ever seeming to have to eyeball the conductor to do so (not all young singers can manage that, especially in a piece as dependent on slick timing as this), and she raps out the dialogue like a showbiz veteran. - THE ARTS DESK (2023)

As Rosalinda, Oliva Tringham was the undoubted star singer. Her sumptuous lyrical soprano moved easily from full volume to scaled down pitter-patter and her nuanced three-dimensional characterisation of a wronged wife had more than a flavour of Mozart’s Countess. - ANTHONY OGUS (2023)

Standing out from the cast is Olivia Tringham in the role of Rosalinde. A woman looking for excitement in her humdrum marriage to Eisenstein, Rosalinde has set her sights on plumber Alfred. A highly assured actor and singer, Tringham certainly makes a considerable impression. I am left with the memory of Rosalinda attending the party in a scarlet ball gown as Miss Budapest. - SEEN AND HEARD INTERNATIONAL (2023)

Olivia Tringham shone grandiosely as Rosalinde. Her warm soprano rolled effortlessly over Strauss’s score, particularly when she was singing about her fake Hungarian homeland in mock Eurovision style while in disguise as “Miss Budapest.” And she’s a genuinely good comic actress. - REVIEWER NO. 9 (2023)

Next to perform was Olivia Rose Tringham, a powerful and dynamic young artist. Olivia started with an incredibly expressive rendition of Wie Du Warst from Strauss’ Der Rosenkavalier. Her performance was bright and youthful and her voice both shimmery and full; perfect for the role of Octavian. Her second piece was a stark contrast to the first, singing an emotive Voi Lo Sapete from Mascagni’s Cavaleria Rusticana. Olivia was able to express the tragedy of the piece with her performance and her voice, producing piercing high notes and sparkly pianissimo moments that definitely makes her an artist to watch. - North West End (2020)

It is very difficult to pick out anyone specific, but dramatically and vocally Olivia Tringham emerged very powerfully in the role of Mére Marie, creating a character both stern and powerful, yet maternal and eminent.

- NORTH WEST END (2019)

Olivia Tringham as Mother Marie backed her in iron-edged support. - REVIEWER NO. 9 (2019)
